30 Day Return Policy Details
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return your blanket within 30 days of original purchase. To qualify for a merchandise refund, items must be returned with its original packaging, in good condition.
Returns requested within 30 days of delivery will receive a full refund in the form of your original payment, once the product has been received back at our warehouse.
All returns must be approved and authorized by our support team to be refunded. Contact support to get your pre-authorization for a valid return. Please email email@example.com
Once Return authorization is received from our support team, please send your blanket to our warehouse at the following address:

Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the blanket and make sure it is in good condition.
Once inspected, you will receive a full refund which will be applied to your original form of payment.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases it’s faster.
Here’s how the timeline can be estimated:
- 5 - 10 Business Days: Transit time for us to receive the package from your return shipper,
- 3 - 5 Business Days: Processing time for returns on our end once we receive them, return once we receive it
- 5 – 10 Business Days: The time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
You can also login to your account, go to the ‘My Account’ Menu, click on the 'Complete Orders' link, then click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and re-packaging charges.
